The fundamental tenet of Compañía Procesadora de Carnes S.A. is to produce healthy and safe food.
We work for this with steer meat from carefully chosen animals fed on open pasture in our pampas, and this is noticed in the taste of our products, being our CPC Quality recognized all over the world.
We implement preventive and continuous improvement systems in order to provide the highest guarantees of health and safety to all consumers.
Compañía Procesadora de Carnes S.A. employs the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) System to guarantee the quality of our products, in addition to implementing the Treatment of Material with Risk of BSE, ongoing audits by SENASA (National Service of Agricultural and Food Health and Quality), external auditing of the Traceability system, various internal audits, audits by the Veterinary Services of Importing Countries, and audits by our customers, both for the products exported to Europe or other countries, and for consumption within Argentina.
In turn, our plants watch over the environment with our own effluent treatment plants.
Finally, on the solid ground of producing safe food, protecting the consumer's health and the environment where we live, our Company reasserts those commitments on a daily basis towards the achievement of our objectives.
